Payment Methods

Payments can be processed securely through PayPal. We prefer to use PayPal for the processing of all financial transactions. When you're finished shopping and taken to checkout you will be taken to the PayPal website to process your credit card payment. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted. All PayPal orders must have confirmed shipping addresses before orders are shipped.

International Orders

Anyone placing orders outside of Canada and the United States, please send us an email for a shipping quote. Payments are to be made by PayPal only.  International orders are shipped out within 72 hours of shipping confirmation and receipt of payment via Pay Pal.

Taxes

All orders shipped within the borders of Ontario must be charged PST (8%). Order shipped outside of Ontario or USA or overseas are not charged this tax.

Damaged or lost items

We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items incurred during shipping, therefore we suggest you purchase insurance.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please email us within 3 days and ship the item back to us at your expense. We will allow you credit for your returned item less the cost of shipping.

Cart total $0.00 to $20.00 will cost $10.00 for the shipping
Cart total $20.00-50.00 will cost $15.00 for the shipping
Cart total $50.00 to $100.00 will cost $20.00 for the shipping
Cart total over $100 will cost $25.00 for the shipping

Shipping to USA

We use a cart total shipping method.

Cart total $0.00 to $20.00 will cost $10.00 for the shipping
Cart total $20.00-50.00 will cost $15.00 for the shipping
Cart total $50.00 to $100.00 will cost $20.00 for the shipping
Cart total over $100 will cost $27.00 for the shipping
